Monies collected by the shroff lp hai Lam and re-

ceiots issued bearing the audit numbers 17995, 17997, 17998. These numbers represent part of another of the missing counterfoils and-these

three numbers are the only ciue so far as to any of the monies so collected. All this sum has been

enbezzled.

There still remains missing counterfoil No.25201 to 25400 and

the greater part of counterfoil No.17800 to 15000.

There are also more temporary receipts to come in than the duplicates show. Already i have collected a sum on these receipts

which will increase the total on paragraph S by $10.87.

Eventually the sum embezzled will be found to exceed $4.000.
